A good description in antonym style inspired it should be filed in the history book for others to look at in every generation the fate of their nation. I m not sure there is a cure and peace will not come until God's Son returns. I wish you well on your entry

Hi dragonpoet, I like the War section of this poem, but was not keen on the Peace part.
I think the War words are more evocative: blood and blight.
The Peace words are a bit bland in my opinion: compassion and compromise. Hard to visualise those generic terms. I would do what you did with War and show the outcome of compassion and compromise. If hatred and violence, bring blood and blight, what do compassion and compromise bring? I would search for something solid which the reader can picture or feel/taste/smell etc, to bring the second half to life.
I also liked the matching 'bl' sounds in blood and blight, so maybe that's a way in for your Peace words too-?
