Ricky1024,I am touched by your poem,it's like I can feel your deep pain.Things that people write that brings out emotions in the one who reads it in my opinion is a great writer.I don't mean to stick my nose in something that is none of my business but did you really lose your wife and son? I would be interested to know if you didn't mind. Please reply back.

I guess felt your pain because I have went through so much heart wrenching over the years myself.I lost my son Devin when he was eight years old,i lost my daddy in 1997,he got lung cancer that came out on the outside on his body and my daddy would 'sissy come help daddy'.My mommy died in2012,she developed demetia which getting worse, then in 2015 my husband died with lung cancer.I tried to watch over and take care of each one of them, and I feel like I have cried rivers. I ended up with a stopped up noise, red and puffy eyes, and a ripped heart. But I finally realized if we live a life here on this earth we can't pick out our family and ourselves and expect that we are exempt from hurt, pain, troubles and tribulations we are mistaken. I don't know if you are a Christian or not but I do know that God through(Jesus Christ) His only begotten SON if you seek Him and be born again spiritually, then He will help you go through whatever obstacle we may face, He will love you, comfort you strengthen you, give you peace and the joy of the Lord. Please reply back.

Your Faith will sustain you. In the Good Book, in Psalms 126:5,
"They that see in tears shall reap in joy"
There has got to be some intrinsic connection to the pain, loneliness and suffering that we experience here in this so very brief realm.
The Holy Spirit has directed ME to You, to minister these words.
I Corinthians 2:9
"But as it is written, No eye hath seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him"
You are in my prayers daily, just a little while longer, and a bit more grief and took, and we shall be reunited, and we'll all smile in the radiant light.
Blessings,
Brother Badger

I, for one, am glad God prevented you from taking your own life as it was certainly not His will. Your were meant to express in words and share with all of us so that others might gain strength from your own courage and totally uniquely expressive way of writing. Nicely done and thank you very much for sharing it.

What do you get?
A constant ache to be with...
Them...
