I really like how you tell this story Darren. This chapter has been neatly edited and I didn't really see anything I thought needed changing. I'm enjoying your autobiographical stories very much. You make it easy to visualize the scenes with your clear and colorful descriptions. Very interesting stuff!

The story is a good story and I enjoyed reading it. It reminded me of a tie I got lost in the city when we were on an outing from school. Our neighbor man found me lost and alone and drove me the 13 miles to our farm house. Patricia

Before I did, I took it out and admired it one last time, placing my hand back into the cool, hard plaster.
I sat down on the corner, a weary, lonesome lost lady.
this is well written my friend I will tell you I am no good at punctuation I don't read many longer pieces because of my eye parables the 2 sentences above I think need something added unless I've misread them well done on branching out on to longer writing I enjoyed will try to keep up regards Jill
