I like the alliteration of words throughout your poem. It flows well with encouragement to participate in the race, as well as finishing the race of being the best poet. I also like your artwork choice.

Hi Robyn .Yes I couldn't resist this .It is my little wicked mind and I had fun combining the two elements and yes it will be interesting to see who gets there. I am posting a few but wont get near the lead, but enjoying my free time (As my husband just said "Fanstorian again) Ha Ha Yep Cheers my friend Christine

A very well-written acrostic poem. It is a race for all to find a place. Many will succeed to find a decent spot, others will give up and never return, leaving space for new wishful ones.

You are welcome. Yes, I got here to pick up on what poetry is just for the year. It has taken up so much of my extra time. But I am enjoying the challenge of the way of poetry. It's technique to write is strange to me. My career discipline is in electrical engineering all these many years. Now I thought I'd give poetry a try again since my school days. I will try as a novice in this playing field. Best regards, cumulus
