Whom with an ounce of poetic appreciation will not love this one, Susan!
I do! ; )
The artist's practiced eye of excellent taste and originality virtually dances off the page into the reader's fertile imagination, and that ain't an easy task in a work of but eight words, but you seem to always eclipse the average.
If this is even half true, you're more blessed than ninety-five percent of us.
I love each and every aspect of this, Susan!
What more to say ... except, hugs to You! ~ Richard

This 3-5-3 senryu, Free Fall, has the correct set up and visits the common problem of rebound danger that sometimes brings one to a happy conclusion rather than misery.

I enjoyed reading your poem. It's a wonderful message of love found. Your artwork choice enhances your message and good alliteration of words free fall. Happy Holidays.

As everyone who has ever succeeded at anything knows with certainty, nothing can be achieved without risk of some kind -- and the higher the goal, the greater the risk. There are (often numerous and painful) setbacks along the way, but persistence is the only attitude that pays off. Most failures actually occur just before success, when the pursuant loses patience and gives up too soon. To the extent that this post may be biographical, you are a winner in multiple ways. Finding true love requires taking the greatest risk of all, for, if you are sincere, you are offering your very essence of mind, heart, body, and spirit to someone else in the hope it will be cherished, respected, cared for, and honored in lasting love. May "Soulmate found" be -- and forever remain -- true for you.

I like the way you capture the sense of risk and excitement here, the leap into the unknown and the letting go, that is inherent in finding true love. There is much expressed in these few words of yours.

A very well-written 3-5-3 Senryu poem. We are nit made to be alone. We sometimes need to take a chance, we may find our eternal soul mate.
