What a lovely way of responding to this challenge. It is one of the pleasures of age to see the next generation, full of youthful enthusiasm and opimism, around about the time when ours is slightly on the wane!

I really like this tribute to your daughter. I have seen my wife look at our daughter the same way, seeing much of herself in Daughter's reflection and so proud of what that girl has become. I especially like these two lines:
Facial features smooth as butter/not streaked yet by life's sad clutter.
