Stopped by your page to see if there was anything I missed. Glad I did. The authenticity of this one comes through in torrents and makes it all the more powerful. Many on Fanstory I'm sure are familiar with the stories behind this one. Your faith, strength, and attitude are positively inspiring. We are stronger than our worst nightmares - we have choices - we go forward. That is faith.

Story. I can't imagine what it's like to have cancer although I've seen what it can do to other people's families. Thanks for sharing and have a great day

this is really good writing as you describe tragedies in your life how your faith keeps you sane. I assume this is a true story as it rings so authentic. You have described your losses and pain in clear and beautiful prose. You also seem to have come to some sense of recovery by remembering to your faith. You have described this all so well in your story. good job

"Now faith is the substance of things hoped, the evidence of things not seen." Hebrews 11:1. My favourite scripture. I agree with you, when our world is falling apart, our hope lies beyond this world, nothing can touch us again with faith. An excellent entry in this contest, good luck, blessings, Roy
