A very good poem. I like how it reflects that the uncertainty of death is not whether or not it is the end of all things, but rather where we go when we leave this stage of our life. It is very thought provoking

I'm smiling at the wording of this line: "just where...is doubt's reaction." I agree with you that death is a new beginning. At the teensy weensy last second, I guess that bit of doubt creeps in. Hopefully, we will all be signed, sealed and delivered to the right place. :) Marilyn

Very well done. Great job with the form. I appreciate the difficulty of putting so much into so few words. Great job. Thank you for sharing your work

It's not an adventure if we know all the answers in advance, Roy. Very well done. I enjoyed this bit of philosophy. :) Nancy

Short but true. The words hit right on the point as to what happens to us in our next beginning. It makes people think. Thanks for jump starting my mind.

Roy, your three-line poem may be too subtle for many folks. But, I like it. You didn't win this time but tied for second place with a zillion other poets. It seems like there should be a write-off when there's a tie.; some tie breaker finale. Take care.
Always with blessings,
Michael

it is a perfect match
Just like your words about death. Is not the end as so many thing, it is the being of a new life as Jesus promised/

Yes indeed, for those that have a divine Faith, we still have the chance of everlasting life, once we fall in final sleep...where that will be, only God knows, but there is no question that it will be free from the woes of this world...This poem is truly meaningful, it says much...if we choose to understand it...Thanks for sharing this with us.
Blessings,
Victoria
