A very well-written haiku. We have to do some soul searching often to clean our inner being, and to stimulate our souls with spiritual thoughts.

Very beautiful message imparted with emotional words.

This reminds me of a card in my tarot deck. I love the artwork!

"Soul stimulation" is my favorite words from this haiku.

I believe you will do very well in this contest. I really loved it.

This is only the second one in this contest that I have seen. I don't know much about zen, The idea of one hand clapping bewilders me beyond belief but one word of five syllables in these things always impresses me. One day I am going to meet a 5-7-5 of just three words. That will make my day if it makes sense.

haiku-zen is a new to me. you confirm to the prompt with 17 syllables and the sentences are interconnected. The artwork conforms to the rules and adds significantly to the poem. Very well done

Yes an interesting reflection on Zen - and oh how we need to pay more attention to our blessed 'inner well being' in an epoch when all life seems increasingly to occur 'outwardsly'!!

Beautifully done. Haiku poetry is a real challenge. You have met that challenge and nailed it. I especially like the double meaning of soul stimulation. It is amazing to me that so few words can say volumes more than an entire page of writing can explain. Good luck in the contest. You should do well.

I enjoyed reading your Zen poem. It is well written with a meaningful message. It is going to be hard to compete with this poem, which has the total package with a ribbon on top! I like your representation: Title, poem and artwork choice.
