Perception is everything, isn't it? I have often thought a poet looks at the world differently... perhaps is able to see what other eyes do not see. Your perfect senryu illustrates my point perfectly. Congratulations on the red ribbon... Excellent work! MM

Hello, anonymous,

Nice senryu and you followed the contest rule. Senryus are almost haiku in structure.Your line one and two are well connected and the satori, or last line, is surprising and related to the previous section. Good job!

Nicely composed. Interesting concept. We do all perceive
things differently and must accept the POV of others, and
they must accept ours. Much luck in the contest.

A poem with a strong message, some people see the glass half full...and some people see the thorns instead of the rose. Lovely poem.

I thought it was a good poem. I wish thoughts and perceptions were not twisted and more hopeful but they aren't. Good penning.
