Your poem and illustration meet the requirements of this entry. I like the topic as it was historical and I have seen this in some French comic books. I recall reading Cleopatra drinks up her glass of potent wine with a pearl she dropped in. Best.

Yes, you're right about Cleopatra. She was dared to drink a fortune. So, she dropped a ground up pearl in her wine and drank it! Glad you enjoyed the poem. Thank you!
