A well-written senryu contest entry. I think your artwork completed the piece well. I also think you completed the challenge of the prompt very well. your words flowed easily line to line combines well and formed the message of the poem for the reader.

The first thing to catch my eye here was the tongue in cheek satori. I also appreciated the alliteration on the "R" in the first line. I personally don't care if alliteration is not part of Japanese poetry, in the English versions it works very well. Finding that particular piece of artwork to go with it was definitely a piece of serendipity.
