Yeah, but if it's a spigot, can't someone just walk over to it and turn it off? I mean, that's gonna be some water bill when whoever owns the spigot returns, right? LOL

Rhe moie "Home Alone" with the 'Watwr Bandits would work well with this.
After robbing their victims, 'The Water Banditsturned the spigits on and ruined the houses!

They comprise close to two hundred. A work of four years.
