I learned what covenant meant after my rebirth in Christ, my wife had been demonstrating that to me for about 13 years, we are still together, marriage is a life long covenant, and my wife has the same testimony as yours, two beautiful daughters who have learnt from their mum, and they in turn are clone like versions of their mother, 4 beautiful grandkids who adore their Nan, the generations are what God is all about, I don't deserve her or them, like you Dennis a mirror image, I perfectly understand your gratitude my friend and brother, like you I'd rather boast what God has done. She IS quite beautiful, yes... and I'm very pleased that you've had a long and happy marriage... it takes work, but hey... what else have you got to do? ;)
some thoughts:
She is beautiful(,) as you can see(,) and has been faithful to me through thick and thin. (insert commas to separate the clause in the middle)
She is a woman of wisdom and has more common sense than [about] anyone I know.
(the word 'about' isn't needed here... she either does or doesn't. You can insert the word, 'almost', but 'about is a preposition, and isn't grammatically correct in this instance... It's more jargon than anything. ;)
I'm pleased to present her to FanStory friends, and as you meet her, I am prepared to answer the inevitable question, "WHAT DOES SHE SEE IN YOU?"
Frankly, I don't have a clue.
