Wow. I do remember now. There is no one better than you to give me and each that have lost a spouse, mom, dad, child, any as you suffered through it twice so close together. You are here to help us Ricky. You are strong and I know that is what is ment to be. I wouldn't be here if I had not read your story. Hugging you.

This poem is very heartfelt and filled with emotions. And I would like to say now -so sorry for your losses.
I did find it a little hard to follow - the part where you mention your wife taking her own life and your son's (it is worded to that effect). And not until I read further down did I find that was not the case. All in all I like the poem.
