Aww, Ine how sweet is that. You tell this wee story from the bottom of your heart. Only suggestion would be to take away 'then' from the sentence: Then from the top of her finger he flies away. Not needed as you've just used 'then' in the sentence prior to this. I liked this tale a lot. All the best. Ulla:)))

Hi there,
This is nice enchanting little piece which go down well with children.
"Shh" Nikki says - need a comma before the closing speech marks.
that sits at the back of Nikki's hand. - on the back.
"Gosh, how beautiful", Dougie says.
"It's two years old", Nikki says - the commas should come inside the speech marks.
"Does he not miss his parents?" He asks his sister. - you don't need the speech tags here as you have already identified he is wondering.

A very cute and endearing story about two kids as they find a ladybug. It is a sweet portrayal of the two and their youthful curiosity. Well written.

What a cute little story about the ladybug. It was quite educational for children, and yet you told it in an entertaining way. I enjoyed reading this, thanks for sharing, Ine. Warmest regards, Marijke :o)

Oh this is sweet! And sounds like two kids really talking too Ine! :) And ladybugs are the best...fireflies too! I love summer. Even with mosquitoes, tho now there's the Zika virus to worry over. My only suggestion for this is maybe put in the paragraphs for easier reading? All in all a wonderful post! x
