Oh, such a touching story. We all hate it when people take advantage like that of children. It's written in a way to really pull at the reader's emotions. I wish I could peek around the corner to see how it really ends, but can't so have to make do with what I've got. (I can still hope)

    Thank you GoodHeartedWoman for you kind review. We often forget that children are capable of deep and lasting emotions
    when we deal with or interact with them. The Ring ends where it ends and there is a sequel but right now it is deep within me and not ready to come out. But thank you so much for your comments.

This is beautiful speaking of a boys wish to buy his mom the first woman in his life a ring, the stupid owner assuming the child's life is just fun and games, most children knows there is more to life

I was shocked when the little boy was introduced. I became fully engaged line by line. You could feel the magnetic force of his determination. Looking forward to a sequel of the encounter. Well done.

    Thank you SECOND THOUGHT for your "exceptional" review. Your thought about a sequel is challenging and, although sequels are difficult to rise to the level of an original, I'll see if my muse will take me that way.
