Hello Michael,
Truly a most exquisite reflection and loves dedication
to a most cherished rose, very palpable tug at the
emotions in each phrase, at which you excel at ever
so profoundly. Imbued with the warm mixture of
memory and wonder, lingering in between the lines.
Your beloved 'legacy rose' holds the kiss that
has remained as a forever gratifying eternal pledge.
Whomever this rose is, she is very blessed indeed to
be so honored and revered by you.
A most beguiling and stunning poem in verse and
emotive video capture.
Thanks for sharing...
Always/love/ Ronni

Hi Reconciled,
This trips off the tongue with ease and delivers many images one after the other. Your excellent poem reminds me a bit of the Irish poet Dylan Thomas.
Written in a free flowing style lets all the thoughts sweep over the reader.
Great job on this one.

This is lovely.
So many interesting, well chosen words. Describing perfectly the beauty of the rose and it's journey.
Fragile as forevermore. A poignant phrase. Nice use of alliteration.
best wishes

Any talk of a rose always speaks of Christ, the rise of Sharon, who was crushed for us, emitting the most beautifully tasted aroma. This was the most ultimate of acts which was the most pleasing sacrifice to God, leaving the way clear for us. Well done Michael, beautifully written blessings Roy

Comment from Gloria ....
Ah such a beautiful poem, Michael. The artwork is amazing and showing the resilience of the rose despite the beating on its delicate petals.
Such is life and you have presented this both poetically and poignantly.
Love it my friend.

Wow! You truly have a way with words (some of which I regret to inform I had to look up definitions to). Your poetry is always deeper than the surface, almost abstract. It's confusing in such a beautiful way and then it all comes together. Such a great read. Look forward to reading more! xoLeslie
