You have done another good job of setting up the scene for this and script continuation. There is a little bit of something happening with the fonts in your pretitle wording, which I have copy and pasted below. It could be the word program you are using. Well done.

the title, â??Loopholeâ?? to potential producers

Thank you for the review. Your words are great to hear.
Email I receive has those odd characters, sometimes. I never thought the trouble could be on my side of the fence, but I guess it could. Thanks for pointing it out. I've been having a lot of computer trouble, lately. One more thing wouldn't matter.
Thanks for the compliments and all those stars.

Because I haven't read the rest of this book, I might not be understanding it all correctly. However, if this story is taking place in the U.S. a paper deed doesn't mean much as far as I know. A copy of a deed can be obtained from the appropriate city records department. Having possession of a deed doesn't mean you own it, especially if it is in someone else's name. It just doesn't seem realistic to me. I don't understand the point of the days and times, especially when the are identical (again, it could be because I haven't read the rest of the book).

    Thanks for reviewing chapter 33.
Thank you for the legal help. No matter what the facts are, I can make them work.
I keep track of the days and time for my own benefit. I don't think they'll be in the book.
    Thanks for the rating.

This is a clever concept which is very well realised. The dialogue enables characterisation to occur easily, and it feels as though the characters are people the reader would care about. The only question I have is around the phrase 'crap game' - did you mean 'game of craps'? Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for taking the time to review this chapter.
Thank you for the many compliments. especially, when you say that readers would care about these characters.
Thanks for bringing up the name of the game. A 'game of craps' would be the formal way of saying it. A 'crap game' would be the colloquial, or 'street' name. You've prompted me to change the way Charles refers to this past time.

Loophole is similar to another story that was true. Yes, it is a loophole and it was great reading this chapter. A friend of mine owns a business inherited by Dad to him no legal papers. The ex-wife lives upstairs and pays nothing. Well another loophole and this is a little longer. Anyway your chapter is solid and yes you should continue.
