The guillotine is because that must be what it feels like to be in that position. Married to one and secretly in love with the other. Like your head is on the chopping block any way you turn. Glad you enjoyed these lyrics. Your comments and support appreciated.

Great song lyrics. We cannot choose who we fall in love, and sometimes the right love comes at the wrong time. The choice is will you stay with your promise or are you going to hurt someone to choose the one you love?

It's a lot of fun with the guillotine, the picture sets you up ffrom the get go.
Loving two people is not a bad crime, I'm sure they will set you free! haha
Yes it's important to enjoy your own poems, as I do, also. But I feel the urge
to improve all the time, and watch my words carefully.
I think even a wife would understand your predicament as long as you are honest with her!

So, you believe having extra marital affairs is okay. That makes you a minority. No woman I ever knew, especially a wife, would tolerate that kind of action out of their husband. Must be a Perth, Australia thing.
