Pons and Ned must be prior military. Can't tell you how many times I overheard conversations like this during the midwatch aboard ship. Still, these two guys get the prize for inane conversation. I haven't read about these guys before and it sounds like your bringing them back for another run. I like the light banter and themes. No errors that I could see. I'll keep an eye out for the sequels.

I loved the give and take between Pons and Ned. I think you may have the workings of a TV sit-com here. And, yes, I smiled at the last line showing Ned to be right in at least one instance. Great fun reading!

Your scripts are classic. I am still laughing. I can see the two cousins in a yard sale - any kind of sale or yard really. The give-and-take - Who's on first? I love it. I'm sure you must write for a comedy team. If not, I don't know why not. Thanks for the laughs. Keep up the good work. Marge

I haven't had the opportunity to read the original (I've been sick for a week), but I do like this script. It's fun, like conversations at yard sales often is. It gave me a much-needed laugh this morning.

Lol! Wow, Ned actually read a book and knows words like "hypodermic" and "declassified." He really was smarter back then. Cute picture. Did Avon really make those?

Yes, people collected them and some are valuable. This scene was perhapsthe first one. Ned gets progressively dimmer as they along.

It sounds to me as if Ned's brain has been shrunk and never allowed to snap back to normal size. This guy could franchise stupidity. They say that stupid is as stupid does, so my question is what does he do that is not stupid?

Ned is a speck off normal.

This is my first Pons and Ned read, Bill, so I don't know how it compares. I like of the idea of two idiots sharing dialogue, though. Almost all my writes feature two idiots yammering.
I also like the idea of idiotic conspiracy theories. Glass cars ranks high.

Well done.

Peace, Lee

This may have been my first Pons and Ned, Lee. That set the tone for Pons? straight man and Ned?s bafoonery. He gets dumber as they go along. They are in the collection out of order, not that it matters.

Hi, Bill;
Ned and Pons talk to one another an awful lot like Howie and Bernie do - they miss the meaning of each others' words and continue to have their own discussion,

Thanks, Patty. Wonder who Howie and Bernie are?

Howie and Bernie are my dogs and I write about them prolifically - I thought you had read some of my stories - but maybe not?

I have actually read them, but was slow on the uptake when I responded.

I enjoy these little Ned and Pons scenes. Ned's logic always has a humorous result. I didn't see any corrections to be made. Where do you come up with these?

Take care,
Russell

Nothing like that new car smell. This reads like bill and ted's excellent adventure. I can guess which one Ted is. You're Bill.

This was my first pairing of Pons and Ned. Ned continues to get dumber in subsequent meetings.
