Hello :)
Nice diamante poem about faith and fear. When I was growing up in Spain, everyone was Catholic and I found that religion was sometimes used to cause fear. Good job with the poem.

Faith can calm all fears, but to have "Faith of a mustard seed" is too hard for most. We'll just keep working on it. Great job, and good luck. :-)

I am really moved by this Diamante. Very nice image and I love the words chosen for each contrast. It is only my personal opinion, but especially with the image used I believe your Diamante would make an even bigger impact if you replaced one or two of the words and have them relate to baptism if there's any way to incorporate it. :)

Yes when you are mocked no matter what you do you might as well be mocked for your faith. I would rather believe in God and be mocked for that than for something else. I enjoyed your poem very much and it says a lot. Keep on writing.

Fear is a terrible feeling, that can only be released when you start having faith. When you have faith you can conquer anithing that you fear.

I have never been mocked for my faith and am not certain that I have any fear that really concerns me. My grandson is deployed--I pray for his safe return, but I do not fear about it. Interesting that you mention fear. Faith is the only way to live without fear. I have been rushed many times to the ER in the ambulance, but have never feared. I do pray that I will live for my great grandchildren who have lost both sets of grandparents, their uncle and two cousins. I don't think they are ready to handle the lost of anyone else at this time--nor our whole remaining family. Interesting poem. Thanks for sharing.

What a strange word 'risible' is--stopped me cold and I went to a Word file and checked the spelling. New one for me, but I totally understand its meaning. Rare. I think you've followed the rules and your words are carefully chose to reflect the transition form fear to faith/ Good luck.
