Excellent. This is well written but is it a story or a poem? It reads like a poem, but it says it is a chapter in the book, Endurance. Which is it.?

You have painted a sordid horror of man's inability to curtail his greed and his wickedness. Man has daily continue to sow thistles and can not but reap thorns in return. Yes, God's judgement will visit, only when man's cup is full. Very thoughtfully conceived poem.

Alas the world as we know it has almost come to an end. It will be many more year though before it does end. If one is a believer which I am not then one must believe that Christ will send real hardship and give rime to hard hearted to sense his presence. Just a thought....

Wow that was deep and very creative. For someone who says they are no Einstein you sure have a unique way of thinking and seeing beyond what people can only see with their two eyes. The third eye is said to be possessed by all but not everyone knows how to use it. The ability to foresee what others choose to live blind to is a gift, your writing abilities in verbalizing your visions is a talent, finding a way to spread your messages on a large scale is your test. Once you figure this out you'll understand your destiny. I wouldn't consider this poem philosophy, more like spirituality because to me your writing has more purpose than a philosophy. This work is more than brains, it has something something more important......it has soul.

There are many lessons to be learned from the problems and faults of the world and politicians do not do a good job of serving the people. Like you said, greed is rife and people are not interested in being kind or helpful anymore. Well expressed thoughts and good message. Couple of things, line 1, lacks compassion. Line 2, wave clears..... Line 4, tornadoes....their totter/tornado....its. Last line, to learn equally/learn to be equal. Enjoyable read. faye
