I enjoyed your poem. You did a great job with the picture challenge. I like how you took the reader on a journey from bare earth to the beautiful scene that artwork displays. Good job with the flow and the use of super rhymes.

[suggestion: make several verses or leave a space between the lines if keeping it one big piece.--only a suggestion mind you].

I know what your mean re the spacing as I usually do 4 line poems, but this just seemed to sit as a whole for me, so I thought I would keep it as is , however I do appreciate your thoughts and send you Cheers for your lovely comments Cheers Christine😃

"Of new beginnings, tiny seeds were planted long ago/By loving hands so carefully that placed them in a row. " I like these lines the best. A great reflection in that first seed from where all started. Just imagine, something so minuscule growing into something so astonishing...by the grace of God. Wow amada, Your lovely review and rating is so appreciated, and I am glad you particularly liked those two lines because that is what came to my mind when I studied the image and gave me the inspriation to write this as is. This is the best one I have read because it rhymes beautifully and has lovely imagery and descriptions. I found a few errors: Line 6, seasons'/season's (dependent on whether you mean one season or more than one). Line 10, artist's brush........... can e'er(short for ever) Line 14, it's shown/it showed-to keep the rhyme. Enjoyable read Faye

Thank you Faye for reading my poem and for your helpful hints I sometimes feel such a grammatical idiot and will do some research learning on these finer points (I feel I need to go back to school sometimes) so it is always appreciated when you pick up these ( I will keep showed as to to keep with the rhyme I suppose you have worked out through my work I am a little fussy re the rhyming scheme I don't really like near rhyming) But will fix up the others. so Cheers Christine

ending with a crown of gold
shedding autumn's farewell tears
in rustic drifting swirls. :-)

I really liked this particular passage:

This wonderous specture now is seen,
as Autumn draws a close
No artists brush can e're compete
with nature's simple prose.

Did you meet the challenge, Oh my yes you did and exceeded it as well!!!! This poem is so beautifully penned that I had to read it twice.
