That was disgusting! But it happened all the time when it came to the law and the white word against the black. They knew Brookes was guilty. You wrote this extremely well, my friend, I was hoping the policeman was going to be found guilty, but of course, that would have been asking too much.
Good luck in the contest, Kay, I looked at it myself, but couldn't think of anything, and I won't bother now. This one is excellent! :) Sandra. xxx

There have been many tragic things and events that have happened over the years, this seems to be, and has always been a problem all over the world, and I guess even got away with it, whether or not he told the truth, I guess the magistrate can only judge on evidence read, there was an incidence in the parklands here where two homeless souls were beaten senseless, on video, by a couple of police, they escaped with a lightish sentences, the homeless blokes were white, I think there is a degree of prejudice against the marginalised, well scribed Kay, well written and presented, blessings, Roy.

What an unjust society we are in? Well, colours and races will continue to hunt the world and hate will continue to play a naughty role until the world come around to enshrine justice and love for one another irrespective of colour and race. A nicely done work.

Kace, you are a magnificent writer.

The story emotive and charged with such imagery ,I wanted more of the story.

You need to be a teacher!

Much love and respect,

Jimi
