Hi, dear Pili. Miss seeing you here. This is such a lovely lune. OUT SPIRITS FOLLOW is a pitch perfect satori-like AHA line. Love it! Simple but powerful. Lovely presentation too. Fine phonetics with alliteraiton of R and a medley of S sounds too, as well as consonance of L. Serene and soothing.

What a beautiful Haiku this is. I love the sound and the idea of the ancient river songs...and of course they reach the sea, which is a compelling image, bringing to mind the rivers I've seen flowing into the sea. My spirit is following the water on that ancient, hallowed journey.

I read a post from your friend Raven. I don't know you, but I feel sick hearing about your personal tragedy. My God, I'm wishing you all he strength and hope I can.
It should never have to be like this. I'm so sorry that bad things happen and pain is administered in doses that boggle the mind.

I learned from l.raven of your medical situation and am hoping for modern medicine to improve your condition quickly.

I like this Lune about the river and the sea, two main bodies of water. Then you introduce the spirit, water-spirit, two interconnected ideas. Well done!

This is a wonderful poem my friend as it is full of life. I like the picture of a willow tree on a lake and the painting is very calming. Good luck in the contest and thank you for sharing.

Ancient river songs rather than just water- I see this as the sum total of poetic heritage, our voices flowing to the sea for one glorious song that will sing the truth of spirit. Great lune and good to read you again. I hope you are doing well. Good luck in the contest!
