G'day Christine. Beautiful little piece and a perfect picture to match. It's a bit sad when your holiday ends especially when you know the weather that your going to be faced with back home. Thanks Fez yes holiday finished back home weather not too bad but in. Halls Gap Vic for weekend . Thanks for your support it was such a lovely sunset and gave me a chance to practice my Haiku writing thanks for reading it. I really like your haiku. The art work is beautiful but not needed, the haiku can stand by itself and offer that image of sunset, with the sun kissing the sea. Good job!

Hi Faye, yes it is beautiful an I love the hot weather so for me 2 weeks of sun was like therapy and we went to Tanalot to watch the sunset and This is what I saw hence the Haiku just came out . So thanks for reading and review this fo me. Cheers Christine😃

I'm a novice when it comes to haikus, but it seems to me that yours perfectly captures the essence of that form. I'm sorry I don't have a six to properly reward it. "Day and night embrace" is a wonderful satori - a great and original way of looking at sunset. What a great picture also - I'm sure that all who read this will be jealous.

Thank you Mark, yes it was a beautiful sunset and I love Bali, now home to cold weather but a good holiday had. I'm glad you liked this Haiku. ( three months ago I didn't even know what a Haiku was let alone write them, so having fun having a go but this lent itself to one so thought I would post in a non contest format. Yes it is hard work but someone has to do it lol now back home to cold weather but today is not to bad . Had a good flight home to Melbourne. I love Bali and this sunset was inspiring to me so hence the Haiku. Am smiling as I'm back home with my great family Cheers Christine😀
