If I listened to the poet
I would have to give this poem four stars
By self admission, the muse has gone
But you managed to slip in some soothing words
and a lot of alliteration
Which, if your muse was present,
she/he would have warned you against
Still, it was somewhat a-musing

I liked this piece.

Just general musings on apparent writer's block but perhaps in penning this you have made the point a moot one?

Thanks for the comment. Something happened to me. My writing is now forced whereas it used to flow frreely.

You know, when I have 'issues' I write through them. I find that f I keep going, the flow comes back. A lot of it may be rubbish but the process frees up the channels, I think anyway. Good luck.
