This meets the contest requirements splendidly with a spot on line and syllable count. The first two lines pant a vivid picture and the last line is a wonderfully executed observation of the scene. I wish you all the best in the judging and thank you very much for sharing it.

That is a radiant poem. It must be very difficult to write with so few syllables and get your point across. Without artwork, your writing stands on its own. With the addition of artwork, your poem becomes stunning. Best wishes in the contest.

Thank you Judi. It is for a contest that doesn't start until January but I wanted to get it done so I don't forget. I figure that in January I can promote it before the contest. I appreciate you reading it and reviewing it. :)
