You're right, you can't measure love...
Though my husband is gone for long periods of time... and it's a long distance away.... our love never wanes. However..... it sure does get difficult sometimes! lol
But... you're correct, you can't put a measurement on that... you just can't.
Well done, I"m sure that Pastor Timothy is very proud of you!

Thanks SO much cat! You're married? We do need to catch up. ;) about my art, it's something that has flourished since we last connected. I paint a LOT now too.
About my poem, I'm rather surprised at the response. I've not had a chance to promote it but also felt it was simplistic and wouldn't be that bug a hit! Ha! Smiles ~

My motto on love always has been, "Love may come, love may go....but no 'love'
leaves 'nothing'....'
To your point in your poem, true it is, there is no 'measurement' to 'true
love' and truly, reception and size of the heart determines fullness, completeness
with no voids or empty spaces.
Love the way you formatted this poem in a 'vase' like style..alliterations
intricately illustrious and provocative. Neat doodle artwork too!

I have not always been able to receive love as much as I thought I wanted it! Still working on this!

This poem certainly contains some romantic and lofty ideas about love. Love is everything and it can be nothing. It is impossible to measure and the line between love and hate can be thin.
