Your poem reminded me of TINKER BELL and the audience asked to applaud if they belie in fairies...it always makes me cry.
Excellent poem and presentation. Concrete images easy to visualize.

Hi Gypsy,
I haven't thought about Peter Pan in some time, but I remember loving it as a kid. I even say a production with my aunt as Wendy. She was a drama major. It was funny because the bow broke when the lost boys when to shoot her and they had to pretend the arrow really flew at her. LOL.
Thank you for the comments abou the presentation and the images. I appreciate the encouragement.

This was a beautifully-written poem about the magic of fairy tales and the books that hold us spellbound by them. I loved the rich imagery of the poem ("they breathe beneath their cloaks of rust", "enchanted realms, supreme, august") and the mood it evokes. The artwork is beautiful too. Well done!

I did not know there was a National Fairy Tale day, but anybody who uses a unicorn as their profile picture surely would know that. This is a fun and charming poem, very well executed. Terry.

Yes, there are unicorns and mermaids - at least in the realms of my imagination, where my muse dwells most of the time. I totally agree with your sentiments. Thank you for sharing this lovely and whimsical piece.

The illustration, the text and the colour scheme all complement each other to contribute to this lovely presentation! The poem itself is proof of fairy magic and so much can be learnt from fairy stories!

This is an excellent Kyrielle poem. Each stanza is well written but I especially love the first two stanzas. The repeat lines of - Deep magic dwells in fairy dust - really sets the scene. Spellbound creatures lore must have started with some strange force for it to be brought to light in many a tale. The picture is a perfect addition to this wonderful read.

This kyrielle, Fairy Dust, has the proper formatting and finds that a strong belief in just about anything can serve us when the chips are down and we need that extra help from beyond our power.

I believe Einstein had it right, for once (ha), about reading and fairy tales. My son was a beast in his reading desires as a child. Today, a free spirit, he offers his intellect in a manner of intuitiveness, kindness and embracement.

Thank you for the exceptional review and your insightful remarks.
I see you are from Finland. I hope to visit there someday. Scandinavia seems fascinating to me.
