Beautiful poetry about our Savior, Jesus the Christ. Thank you for helping us remember the true meaning of Easter.

I can certainly see why you were awarded a ribbon of recognition. I am just an amateur poet; therefore, I feel inadequate in providing reviews to other's poets work here on this site. I do love to read and learn from other wonderful poets such as yourself though.

Thank you for sharing your talent.

Love the line, Easter brings us to His table, Gifts He gives, life now stable. Your excellent poetic form reminds the reader of the real meaning of Easter and how it is a time of renewal. Your poem rhymes smoothly but I think of the Psalms when reading it, it shows the impact of words on faith.

I haven't practiced my religion (Anglican) for many years, but always favor God for a talk after I retire and prayers for family and friends. Thrice is for the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. I am sure I would have been lost in the bipolar illness without Him. You bring Jesus to life from Australia and your own heart. Love and Blessings - Alan

Alan, My church is nature and my cathedral, my garden. I too would not have got through losing my leg without Him. Have a blessed Easter my friend. God bless you both, love, Kay.

Thank you very much for that uplifting poem
Each word touched my heart and soul.
Yes so many take this day for wearing fancy clothes and eating fine food.
For getting what a miracle was performed on this day.

Awesome picture paired with such meaningful words. I love the theme and the way you expressed your beliefs. Excellent job. Good job with the rhyme and flow. No changes needed. This is a great Easter message to all. Thank you.

I agree, it has become another commercial holiday where the true meaning has been lost. You have captured the real meaning of Easter well in your poem, with good use of rhyming and good message. Happy Easter to you, Faye

I agree, the true meaning of Easter seems to have gotten lost over time. Hopefully, families will continue to teach their children the true meaning of Easter. Excellent work with this one. I enjoyed it immensely.

This was such a beautiful poem, and a lovely tribute to our Lord at Easter. This would be a 6, just because I so loved the message, but for me the poem didn't flow as lyrically as some. The rhyming is on-point, but it does seem a bit forced, especially in the line "--not once but thrice." Still, I did love this beautiful tribute, and I commend you for writing and posting it.
