This was quite uplifting for a poem that deals with death. The part about the angel us true. It is a selfless act to put yourself as an organ donor. This was wonderful. Good luck in the contest. Gretchen

I do not know if English is your native language but you do need to edit. I cannot tell why you have placed those inverted commas at the beginning of each line. These are used to show direct speech - that is the exact words of a person.
example Jane said, "Please let me have another bit of bread."
You do need to get some personal help with your punctuation or reviewers may pass by without reviewing. NO OFFENSE MEANT

Well writer , it touched me. It is our Christian believe that the soul lives in Heaven. If this is a true account , my sincere condolence for your son's passing. The picture used was spot on for your post. Was he a musician?
