great advice usually comes from great people, and great people are progressive thinkers... so this makes your Dad a pretty impressive guy.

Three simple words to reset and reprogram... magic advice my dear friend... a big thanks to your Da... I'll tell you, life would have been a lot easier with this kind guidance growing up... for sure!

Thanks James, Dad was a wonderful Man, he was witty wise and kind. I loved him dearly. He died at the age of 88, and a week before his death he thought he was too young to die. Thanks for the great review. Mary

Mary; I very much enjoyed in like your father's advice to stop and then to start and change will eventually happen, given the possibility that whatever and however you stop and start will be effective in the outcome of the change. Basically by stopping and you give your your mind a chance to think and that's what develops a positive
reinforcement in behavioral development in the spirit and life's growth. Good luck in the contest and may the good Lord be with you always Mary. :-)

I love Dad's advice and the fact he put it into an easy to remember catch phrase like that - sounds like you could write one of those self-help inspirational books with that title and then dedicate it to him :-) Brooke

Wow Brooke, that is a very good idea. Dad was a wise man, people loved to converse with him. I remember how the young would gather around him at different functions. He was with it in mind and spirit up to his last breath at the age of 88. Thanks for the great review. Mary

Sounds like very sound advice in a place of employment, sometimes those situations can be tricky. Good message and well expressed views.
