Hi Sankey, absolutely loved this wonderful blog, we too have Aldi here in Britain, they are well established and well respected with cheaper goods they are also giving Sainsbury's, Tesco's and Morrisons a bashing.

Hi Eric at least a Pommy understands about Whinging rather than whining, Ha! We love Aldi and the kick up the bum they are giving the other 2 major Supermarket chains. Thanks for coming by. There are smaller rewards on the rest of this book if interested.

Thanks Kiwi neighbour. They still reckon you guys are a couple of extra States of Aussie, ha! Thanks for the kind review. This is an old story brought up again for some air and I did some editing and additions as well.

Need to show this one to my hubby who is employed at a candy/chocolate factory...And, it seems any new candy bar introduced to the public...Being confections, too, & even old favorites people enjoy to snack on (think the one shown in your story, came out a long time ago) has some kind of slogan as what it can do to help one's day..Or How much better it is than its competition....Thanks for sharing, I enjoyed the read.

My friend, your colleague who gave you that bottle having wonder Whingers Tablets was either a genius or had a superhuman sense of humour. The bottle should have these details to get approval of Drugs administration.
EXPIRY DATE: As soon as you retire as these tablets do not work when self-administered. Ha ha

I made a mistake on the script thing I labelled it that way as it was kind of like a script from a drug store. The work mate gave me this years ago in our mutual jobs for the government. most of this is my own invention with the photo and the selection of the candy and all that. First one to be particular about originality. Thanks anyway have not heard from you in ages. Have to look for your stuff.

Yes, this is funny stuff, Sankey:-) We all have our whining days and it's a good thing there are small pleasures like these...M&Ms, Starbursts, and so on. I can easily binge on candy, though. So I settle for flavored water or coffee...

Thanks for reciprocating mate and coming by. I am diabetic so I am not really allowed these sweets anymore I still get into chocolate though limited. hehe.

Sorry to hear you're diabetic. My mother was, but she didn't stop with the sweets, lol.

Well I am not as bad as our pastor he is on Insulin as well. I was Hypoglycaemic (Low Blood Sugar) for years. But I was warned I would one day become diabetic. That has been about 7 years ago now. Not too bad though I can basically have the little pleasures as long as I stay off sugar.

Yes, I'd stay away from sugar. Then too, I need to apply that to me, as well. Though I'm not diabetic, I am very overweight...! High Triglycerides, severe arthritis, family history of heart disease, etc.
