Concrete images indeed in your first two lines - one visual and one decidedly directed at the sense of taste. Your satori line, unusually all one word, suggests that this is a treat for this time of the year only.

Seventeen syllables of two earthy concrete images of vegetables and their uses followed by seasonality giving the stew a sort of personality. The picture is great too.
