Yeah, I did get a chuckle out of this. Also, I was thinking the same thing you were, Boy, I bet she really has to pee. You have done a great job writing the story and I loved every word. I have been watching movies at times and often find myself thinking, "Yeah, right."

I did indeed get a chuckle out of it. I feel like I just watched a movie, so, well done in your story-telling. That's the great thing about movies. They can be totally unrealistic, but still fun to watch...or make fun of! I enjoyed this read!

I did get a big chuckle. I know what you mean. Some tv shows or movies are an insult to the normal intelligence. I love it when I find bloopers, too, like one episode the camera was on the woman in flat shoes, then went to the man she was walking with, and when the camera was back on her, her shoes were different! All in the same scene. lol

Yes, it?s fun to catch the bloopers but we are more apt to forgive if the story has a strong general appeal by a larger than life core. Thanks for reviewing!

My youngest son as a term for this, "The term suspension of disbelief or willing suspension of disbelief has been defined as a willingness to suspend one's critical faculties and believe something surreal; sacrifice of realism and logic for the sake of enjoyment." I do understand that at times entertainment goes too far. Thank you for sharing.

I agree! I agree! I agree! In the name of drama, Hollywood comes up with seriously improbable, if not impossible scenarios, and then strings them together in a series of moving snapshots that seem to come out of nowhere, and supposedly develop a "plot" that totally defies credibility. If it's sci-fi, I'll take some leaps of faith, but if it's supposedly the here and now normal world, repeated leaps of incredulity really turn me off. I've seen similar things here in writing. Thanks for an enjoyable read.

This is hilarious, Deniz. I don't think I've ever seen that movie and I have no desire to now. I'm one of those women who always seek the truth and I too often question these discrepancies in TV shows and movies. I usually figure out who done it long before it's over too. lol. Well done. In my view rather more reasonable than all the nonsense we see nowadays with all the special effects and sometimes there is nothing much more than car races and mano-a-mono fights that last incredibly long times.

Your story did manufacture a few ha-ha's. It took quite a few paragraphs to get to your premise, but it was worth it. Enjoyed your tale as much of the movie, I saw years ago.
