I like this poem,it is a very honest expression of faith,and gratitude to the Lord.It rhymes well,but may I make some suggestions that I think would improve its flow-instead of the last two lines as they are, how about adding a line or so,something like-
I serve you now,
and for all time,
sometimes my Faith
comes out in rhyme.
I think some alteration like this might emphasize the message of the poem and the sweetness of the last line.Thank you.

This poem is very well written. It praises our Jesus. The picture you chose is perfect, my friend. I enjoyed this interesting little poem of praise. It was excellent.
I checked out your profile, my friend. I see you have MS. I am sorry that it has invaded your life. I'm so happy that you have Jesus with you. My partner in life, Marcia, has Lupus. She has days like yours where some are okay and others keep her in bed. She too has Jesus by her side, as I do. I'm in the process of healing after losing my right foot leaving only the heel. So I guess we are all in the same boat in a way. I am so happy to hear that you have a loving and supportive family. We do also. We have been together for 31 years, although we've never married. I'm sure your love of life is just as strong as ours. Our prayers are with you and your family, my friend.
