Hi, Treischel,
"Recreational Engagement" is an excellent nanni poem meeting the line- syllable requirements of the form with good figurative language and imagery (enthusiastic engagement with laid back exertion) which certainly expresses my sentiments.

"laid-back exertion"--many simple ways to relax--another fine form of recreation, particularly to the outdoor enthusiast.
