Mmmm. My take is that nature is almost always attempting to seek attention. Flowers for pollination, for example. But tere are certainly aspect where hiding foster survival so I will accept your content. As for the poetic quality of this 5-7-5 is satisfactory. There may be those however that favorite is only marginally a three syllable word.

Thank you for your feedback and review. I agree flowers seek a lot of attention for the act of pollination. The poem was more highlighting the spider and other creatures that tend to blend in for cover. Perhaps I will attempt to modify the words slightly to accomodate a broader spectrum. Cheers!

lol...hard to say at the moment. I just posted it last night and so far only two reviews from the free certificate that comes with new postings. I truly appreciate your honest opinion and your gentle candor has caused me to want to reflect a bit more on the quality of my work. Afterall, that's what makes for a great writer, right? :)
