Brooke, I'm the fifth book into a series of historical novels about Alfred the Great during the 'Danish' invasions.
Your poem parallels perfectly.
I expect your 'three' answer to Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.
And so did Alfred's.
It seems too coincidental that you poem and my reading come together like this.

Actually, Brooke, the similarities between your poem and Alfred's defensive strategy are astounding. Even to the point where he fell asleep. Maybe I should stop reading about Alfred for a while.

I had no particular three minions in mind - just thought it was funny that three more added to a million tipped the scales LOL

that's what I get fro reading too much into things. Three is an interesting number. Because while Alfred and the Saxons were trying to invoke the power the Christian Trinity, the Danes where bound to twinings of the three weavers of fate.
Again, I'm sorry for reading beyond.
I should probably watch more TV.

I really enjoyed reading this tall tale of an adventure in a small child's mind. It has some humor in it and it is told well in good flowing thoughts. I enjoyed reading this well written piece of poetic art... John
