May you two remain two bug and lug snug in a rug together. I dug your hug, no shrugs here from your use of pet names. I can tell you have a lot of affection for each-other.

A whimsical and intimate piece of writing. I suggest capital letters for Bug and Lug to emphasise the fact that they are pet names. As it is, the poem depends overmuch on the author note for explanation.

Good work. a poetic craft done in simple but enchanting manner. I love the brevity of this work without losing its tune.

Everybody loves a pair of lovers and the 'meaningful things they say. Is nor love eternally refreshing but is it something eternal? There is something infinite about its magic but is love something infinite. Now why is this magic state, something we all cherish, why is it so exclusive? Why can't we share something of it? Why do lovers feel that it is we two against the world?

What an adorable poem! Simple declaration of the kind of comfortable love shared by two who know their place in the world is with the other. Heartwarming!

Hi Dawn I hope you might read my book I am working on called "The Little Dog That Wouldn't let Go" It is an autobiography and lots in there about meeting my sweetheart and all that. Been together for nearly 27.5 years now. Thanks again.

It sounds very appealing but I am so far behind in everything right now, I'm not sure I can take on another book to follow - I have over 400 authors I am trying to follow, and feel I am letting down so many! Sorry. I simply can't promise. Thank you for the invite, though - I will try. :)

I could not get the background music to load and I didn't understand the author notes. The poem is cute, the terms you used are obvious pet terms of endearment.

Charmingly done. Excellent rhyme, and it flows well. I like the language used, and the word "lug" fits in nicely. A wonderful way of showing the love between the two of you--kisses and hugs. Sometimes they can say more than words. Interesting title. judi

Thanks friend music is coming. Got a upgrade to my Encore programme recently. Turns out the old version was the thing that was causing all the computer crashes. I asked the supplier about the old version and Windows 7 and he said old version would not work properly in W 7 hence the multitude of crashes I was getting on the new puter. SO nice to have smoother running now. Only thing is my music programme is dependent on me having a good hearing day ho hum. We do have other nicknames for each other as well.
