Wonderful poem of faith---with a unique duet of perspectives and a Divine POV in the second half--love it.
Eloquent phrasing and word choices in some lines. A few lines flow less smoothly than others---just a hint of being forced, but not significantly. Do let me know if you want suggestions along those lines.
Lots of depth of emotion and height in tone and tenor...delightful spiritual overtones and mystical musings!
Good rhymes
My critique now pertain to punctuation, which I think would serve to sculpt the cadences and make a smoother read. They are optional...but strongly recommend. You've got almost zero end-line punctuation. I recommend removing the one end-line comma but using full prose-style IN-LINE punctuation.
I will note suggestions in (parenthesis):
*
Yet sings in breaths of soothing winds(,) then roars and claps out loud
*
No boundaries of trust could ever stand that weakens mankind's faith in thee, (REMOVE COMMA)
*
While thee, most profound reality(,) to any sentient mind should surely leave no doubt
*
Many minds of conscious reality(,) for time beyond measured contemplations
*
Yet I(,) the Master Creator(,) made your heart(,) mind and soul that you may think and feel
Then(,) alas, free will(--)my final gift(--)so you may choose how you use all three
NICE:
Faith is an act of conscious commitment to accept the gifts that I have given you
Faith is the mind of gratitude that lets you know I'm always here and I am really true
Faith knows(,) with never a doubt;(:) when you choose to believe in GOD ......... (use just three dots...)

Enjoyed the immense devotional fervor that prompted this write. The prayerful-ness of it is rich and nuanced.
While is has room for improvement on small levels, overall, it is quite impressive. Bravo.
