Blessing in deed. A bundle of joy. The smile, the pain that women go though. Yet, in the end it's all worth it. Seeing the child get older and older.

So cute!
Both of them...the poem and the child....
With fewer words, the poet has expressed everything...
Laughing kids always spread joy around them and fill the world with happiness...a blessing of God indeed!

I can read joy and pride in between the lines of this adorable senryu. Your format and word count is perfect and the last line is a great thankfulness line.

This senryu is a lovely tribute to the beautiful perfection in a babe. The laughter of a baby is infectious and can be nothing less than a blessing.

you really captured the essence of this photo with your senyru.
I especially like the "dark eyes sparkle with delight.
Babies are indeed a blessing from God. Good luck in the contest.

Children are born with an innocence that cannot last. This is very well written with a smooth flow of words, making for a very good read.
