Very well written! I enjoyed how you twisted this about in order for most all readers and writers on this site to be able to relate! Sometimes there's just a pull we all feel and have to "buckle" into it ; ) Thanks for the share!

Loved this. Thought the part about books pushed aside for another day was appropriate and liked the use of keyboard characters and computer terminology as agents against reading. I have found with some kids now a days the idea of sitting down and reading comes with a certain amount of uneasiness.

Sad isn't it! My wife said she was never read to as a little one and that is really where reading begins! She is an avid reader now and I encourage it. Thankful for an older brother who was a heavy reader...even had a library in his loo hehe! Thanks for the review. Not sure if we have seen each other but I have a feeling we have met before.
