Your poem seems to flow with a certain amount of sophistication and intelligence. As I am reasonably old now I find less and less need to be hypocritical. If I can't tell the truth, why should I bother to say anything. Best wishes.

The Mystery of the Goat by Picpen is haunting. It appears the person in the poem wanted to join a group and then had second thoughts. ...secret hand shakes...beware my friend...throat severed east to west... there is foreboding in every line. Well written. I liked it.

Hi Bicpen, Now this is a different type of story than one I'd think to see here! It's nice to see something new once in a while. I always thought that the Knights Templar were the protectors of the most sacred Christian artifacts... I guess they were also manipulated by the devil. "One never knows what evil lurks in the hearts of men..."

Well ... why not worship the devil and have all his faint tainted riches when you can disguise it as Christians ... its kinda like having the best of both worlds only we know what world they really belong too.

Wow. I had no idea much to my ignorant chagrin. I didn't realize they were any different than the Elks. What a horrific bunch these dudes are. A revealing and well researched revelation. A real service if you ask me to the lazy amongst us that are still grateful to know. (me) Great piece that is beautifully written as well. That is always a plus and adds credibility. mikey

Thanks Mikey ... I have a very good researcher who actually was a Satanist and Mason of High degree, amongst other things, He has his own ministry and through his writings helped me to put some things together about my own life that did not quite add up at the time ... much blessings and take care.

I saw a movie about this same subject. It's scary and covered through religious groups in Christianity. You wrote about it well. Good visual imagery. Good use of descriptive words. Nice work.

It is no wonder that there is so much secrecy surrounding the strange rituals of freemasonry. Despite the undoubted god that the masons do, one cannot help harbouring suspicions about any organisation that feels the need for such a cloak-and-dagger existence.

I've always heard things about the Masons, but I've never seen it written in quite this way before. Great job and some stellar research. Good job.
