This is a very enjoyable and pleasant read. The picture is perfect for the theme of the poem. Good luck in the prompt. God loves you and so do I.

Looks interesting? I never of this type of poem. Looks like fun, thanks for the author notes. Was your first line suppose to be spaced, dividing the couplet? I'm new to this new form, to me, poetry. I like the green, harmonious with the season of spring. I can almost smell the freshness and beauty of spring, as I digest this lovely poem. Good luck in the contest ... thanks for your mentoring, I like this poem wackydo

Since I don't know much about this form of poetry, I'm a bit hesitant to give advice. However, I do think that you need to rethink the word "throughout" in the first line and change it to "through the." I also think you should add the word "are" between "they" and "ready" so that it flows better. Other than that, I think it's quite pretty and your choice of artwork is very nice.

Codette: This is a new discovery for me too. It doesn't have meter I hope. Your entry is terrific, Author. I loved reading the serendipity of Spring. The live wriggles within it. You can feel the freshness in the air as all the spring activity evolves. Well done and best wishes for the contest. luv jada

You have used the new form well to describe the anticipation of spring.
I liked 'floriferous explosions'
Best of luck in the contest.
