A very sensitive poem with an important message to keep on keepin' on. YOur piecehighlights the notion that tings tend to balance out if we don't give up

This is very good poem written in quatrains. It has great aabb rhymes that are not forced. The flow is very smooth.

Trodden shadows in the snow Great line
Fleeting things that come and go
Tiny whispers on the breeze "
Autumn FALLS upon the trees USE 'leaves' 2x

Footprints will THEN melt away Flows better
Shadows fade at end of day
Promises might not be kept evocative
Fallen leaves get raked and swept love the 'eh' sounds

Often we must rearrange
Things once touched by winds of change
Dwell not on morbid sorrow
ANTICIPATE tomorrow

A few suggestions only. Loved the piece.

Regards:

An excellent photo you made to complement this poem. I enjoyed the last two lines best. I try to do that at the moment. Good rhyme and flow. Best wishes for the contest.

Tomorrow is always a better day. No matter how bad our days are going, we must always stay positive and focused. I couldn't find anything wrong in your poem. I just love how inspirational it is

I loved the message because you are absolutely right. Nothing stays the same and what is here today might be gone tomorrow. Who we had dinner with today might not be here tomorrow. Tomorrow is never promised. Great job with this friend.
