This was a wonderful poem. The poem flowed well. I could feel the gratefulness throughout the poem. The third through the 5th lines stood out to me. Nicely written.

Thanksgiving Day was spent far from home
Spending the day with family grown
The picture lends itself very well to your poem. The poem itself creates a beautiful word picture of family all grown up and celebrating with you away from home. It must have been a happy occasion.

nice poem. I like how it's short ands sweet, tells your message very quickly. your poem flows well. great job on a shape poem, and a poem of thanksgiving. You could get 6 stars if you make it a little longer and have a few more details of your thanksgiving. i look forward to reading more of your work
