Oh, we have a Halloween cat, great, certainly a lively addition to the contest! "Witch's black cat" - that cat must be special, and I hope, she is a good witch! (smile). But your cat "stalk in dark of night" - so he must be a bit on the dark side.
You used the word "night" twice in the poem that short; I was thinking of making suggestions; but it's hard to do - I guess, this will work. An awesome picture.
The font color was a bir jarring to my eyes, I suggest trying a paler red for easier read. Also, try centering it - this might bring up the presentation.
A great contest entry; I wish you all the luck in the booths.

Thanks for your review-I did not realise until I posted my work that the cat picture was already chosen. Your correct a black cat would be more appropriate. I will read again and correct the error.

This is just a perfect rendering of the form. I prefer longer poems, myself, and I'll bet you could do the cat more justice in another format. An excellent use of this format, I thought.
